This form is for church leaders to complete. When registering, a designated church leader who is managing communication must provide contact information, as well as the number of spots you’d like to reserve.
Spots are limited and are first come, first serve. Registration is due by April 30, 2026. You will not be able to register after April 30. You will receive confirmation of your registration within two business days of your submission.
Your final headcount will be confirmed on June 17, 2026. You will not be able to reduce spots beyond June 17. You will be required to provide student and leader names, grades, ages, and all other pertinent information at that time.
The cost is $325 per student and includes all lodging, meals and activities that will be outlined in our schedule. Each church is responsible for transportation to and from camp. Your invoice will reflect the number of spots you are registered for as of June 17, 2026 and is due no later than July 27, 2026.
